2016 has been a great year and I want to celebrate it by sharing the most popular, top 10 recipes of 2016! This is the first full calendar year that the blog has been up! I highlighted most of the changes I have made here on the blog in June, when I completed my first full year of blogging!
Highlights from 2016
In 2016, my life has changed significantly, and therefore things on here have changed as well. I moved from a small, cramped apartment into a beautiful house, where I have more space and better light for photography. I am still trying to develop my own unique style, but things are going in the right direction.
Also, I got married!! {squeals!} My husband is more supportive than ever, always lending a helping hand when it’s time for photo shoots. He waits ever so patiently for the photos to be perfect, so we can eat beautifully plated meals that have likely gone cold. I wouldn’t be doing this without his support.
Finally, I started a new job as a teacher. I love my job, but it has definitely taken away from my time for the blog. Recipe posts have gotten slower, but my loyal readers, friends, and family have not let that stop them from supporting me. Thank you for being here, reading post and supporting my efforts! It means the world to me! I hope everyone had as great of a year as I did, and that 2017 will be even more joyful and successful!

Fish tacos, trout cakes, and beer battered buffalo cauliflower are the three most frequented recipes at our house. The cauliflower is amazing!! Thanks and keep up the hard work!!
