I’m not really a side dish person. I love to cook. It’s a great release at the end of the day to come home and find my rhythm in the kitchen. However, I find it most enjoyable when there are fewer pieces of the puzzle to keep track of. Side dishes don’t fit that routine well, therefore I tend to make and eat a single thing every night.
