Choose another delicious flavor of sabra hummus, like roasted red pepper, or caramelized onion!

Black beans and sabra hummus add filling, plant-based protein to the salad.  Sweet corn and cherry tomatoes add a little sweetness to the salad to balance the dressing.

Variations to the Southwest Kale Salad with Jalapeno Lime Hummus Dressing recipe:

  1. Kale is a toothsome green. The best way to enjoy it without too much chew is to massage it with a little olive oil first.  This helps to break down some of the cells in the leaves leaving it a bit more tender!
  2. Try another flavor of sabra hummus to make your salad dressing!  They have 12 delicious flavors to choose from, so you can individualize the salad based on your taste preferences!
  3. Use whatever type of cheese you have on hand!  Try cheddar, Mexican blend, or even crumbled queso fresco!
