I don’t know what I’m doing. I really like this recipe because I didn’t have to know much. It tastes great. And there is a lot of room for variation – basil, black pepper, fresh lemon, parmesan cheese, etc. it was a great way to make use of my extra cherry tomatoes that would have gone to waste.

Love it! I grow exactly the same varieties of cherry tomatoes! Plus other heirloom non-cherry types. Dont you just love heirloom tomatoes?! ?
