Gently squeeze liquid out of the tofu over the sink or a bowl until it reduces to a slow drip. Cut tofu into ½ inch cubes and toss with blackening seasoning. Heat avocado oil in a heavy bottomed skillet until shimmering. Add tofu and cook stirring occasionally until browned and crispy. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, mix together all ingredients for the peach salsa in a medium bowl.
Mix together all the ingredients for the cilantro lime crema in a small bowl.
Assemble tacos by layering blackened tofu, cilantro lime crema and peach salsa on tortillas.
