Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary roasted potatoes will go along with any of your favorite holiday meals!

Serves: 3 side dish servings
Ingredients
  • ~1 lb russet potatoes (3 medium)
  • 1 TBS fresh snipped rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Dice potatoes into about ¾ inch cubes.
  3. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss with potatoes.
  4. Spread flat on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, tossing halfway.
