Ginger Peach Habanero Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients
  • ΒΌ cup Cinnful Peach Habanero Jam from Fired Up Jellies and Jams
  • 2 TBS rice vinegar
  • 1 TBS reduced sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 firm peaches, sliced
  • 6 kabob sticks
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the jelly, rice vinegar, soy sauce or tamari, and minced ginger. Divide sauce into two portions, reserving one for serving.
  2. Skewer sliced peaches and shrimp on kabob sticks.
  3. Grill the kabobs over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes or until the shrimp start to turn opaque. Flip the kabobs and brush with one half of the sauce. Cook 1-2 more minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
  4. Serve shrimp kabobs with reserved sauce.
