Creamy Lemon Smoked Trout Tacos

Serves: 2 servings
- 3 TBS mayo
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 4 six-inch tortillas
- 2 cup romaine, chopped
- ½ cup red cabbage, sliced
- 8 oz smoked trout
- Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
- Hot sauce, for serving (optional)
- Stir together mayo and fresh lemon juice.
- Top each tortilla with ½ cup romaine, or other chopped lettuce, 2 TBS sliced red cabbage, and 2 oz smoked trout.
- Drizzle with the creamy lemon sauce, and top with minced cilantro (if desired).
- Serve with hot sauce, if desired.
