Creamy Lemon Smoked Trout Tacos

Ingredients
  • 3 TBS mayo
  • 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 4 six-inch tortillas
  • 2 cup romaine, chopped
  • ½ cup red cabbage, sliced
  • 8 oz smoked trout
  • Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
  • Hot sauce, for serving (optional)
Instructions
  1. Stir together mayo and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Top each tortilla with ½ cup romaine, or other chopped lettuce, 2 TBS sliced red cabbage, and 2 oz smoked trout.
  3. Drizzle with the creamy lemon sauce, and top with minced cilantro (if desired).
  4. Serve with hot sauce, if desired.
