Cook the egg sunny side up in a small skillet with a splash of olive oil. Covering the skilllet with a lid will help the white to cook faster without over cooking the yolk.
Toast your bread slices and spread them with mayo.
Top with kimchi, lettuce, and the fried egg.
Serve with a napkin.
