Easy Hummus and Pickled Pepper Wraps

Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized wrap
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • ½ cup (a large handful) lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc
  • ¼ cup pickled sliced peppers (from a jar), drained*
Instructions
  1. Spread hummus over ⅔rds of the wrap, spreading it out to the very edges.
  2. Top with lettuce, and pickled peppers.
  3. Fold wrap over filling and roll to close.
Notes
* I used about 3 TBS banana peppers, and 1 TBS jalapenos.
