Creamy Lemon Pepper Tuna Tacos

This no-cook dinner is perfect for summer!  You only need to assemble these creamy lemon pepper tuna tacos.  No heating up the stove-top or oven!

Serves: 4 tacos, or 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 4 small flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced red cabbage
  • 8 oz jar Tonnino Lemon Pepper Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 3 TBS mayo
  • 1½ TBS fresh lemon juice
  • Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Top each tortilla with a quarter of the chopped romaine and sliced red cabbage.
  2. Drain the jar of Tonnino tuna. Spoon the fillets over the bed of lettuce on each taco.
  3. Combine the mayo and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle over the tacos, and garnish with minced parsley, if desired.
