This pepper and onion naan breakfast pizza recipe is fast and easy. Use mini multigrain naan and top with veggies, eggs, and cheese for a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients
4 mini multigrain naan
½ large bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup diced yellow onion
½ cup shredded cheddar
½ cup shredded mozzarella
4 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place naan on a baking sheet and top with sliced bell pepper and diced onion, leaving the center open for the egg.
Sprinkle the edges of each naan with 2 TBS cheddar cheese.
Working one at a time, crack an egg into a ramekin or small bowl. Gently poor the egg onto the center of the naan. Repeat with remaining eggs.
Finish the pizza by sprinkling each with 2 TBS mozzarella.
Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes for a runny egg, or 15 minutes for a firm egg. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before serving. After 11 minutes, the egg may look too runny, but will set as the pizza cools.
