Vegetarian Taco Lunch Wraps

Whip up these simple vegetarian taco lunch wraps, with 5 ingredients, in only 5 minutes. Perfect for kids and adults. Easily packed for a to-go lunch!

Serves: 2 small wraps or 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 2 medium tortillas (8 inches, or the taco size)
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
  • ¼ cup red salsa
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
  1. Spread refried beans over each tortilla.
  2. Top with shredded cheese, salsa, and lettuce. (Note: serve salsa on the side if you want a to-go lunch for later!)
  3. Roll up into a wrap, or eat taco style!
