This southwest kale salad with jalapeno lime hummus dressing has a little bit of everything you love on a salad! The jalapeno lime hummus dressing made from Sabra Jalapeno Hummus has got everything going on! It's a little spicy, a little tangy, and a little creamy.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups torn curly kale
  • ¼ tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup each: cooked black beans, corn, and cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup each: shredded cheese and sliced red onion
Jalapeno Lime Hummus Dressing
  • 2 TBS Sabra Jalapeno Hummus
  • 1½ tsp each: lime juice and olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large salad bowl, message kale with ¼ tsp olive oil by gently kneading the leaves.
  2. Top kale with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced red onion.
  3. To make the dressing, combine Sabra Hummus with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt to taste. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Poor the dressing over the salad, toss and enjoy!
