These chips are simple and healthy. Make them to use up leftover tortillas after taco night, or as a snack during football season.

Ingredients
  • 6 - 6 inch corn tortillas
  • Salt, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stack tortillas and cut into 6 wedges. Arrange wedges on a baking sheet so that they are not overlapping. Bake in 2 batches if necessary.
  3. Bake wedges for 12 minutes, turning with tongs half way through cooking.
  4. Let cool and serve with salt and salsa on the side.
