When you make this homemade smokey white cheddar popcorn recipe, you should save some for yourself before serving because it will be gone in a flash! The popcorn gets it's smokey flavor from smoked paprika. The fresher the smoked paprika, the stronger the flavor will be!

Ingredients
¼ cup popcorn kernels – 5 cups popped
2 TBS unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ TBS white cheddar cheese powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
⅛ tsp garlic granules
⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
Pop kernels in a brown paper bag in the microwave until there is only 3 seconds between pops, approximately 2-4 minutes. It took 3 minutes in my microwave.
Melt butter and poor over the popcorn.
Mix together remaining ingredients and toss with the buttered popcorn.
