Whenever I get hungry in the middle of the afternoon, I reach for one of these high protein chocolate chunk muffins! They feel like a treat, while also filling me up and helping me to snack less!
Usually when I get hungry before dinnertime, its because I needed a little extra protein. However, I’m one of those people that wants everthing I eat to feel special, not just I’m eating because I have to.
